Fixed Missions & Dates:
You select a specific theme and date. To ensure a personal environment, every mission is strictly limited to 7 participants.
Arrival (The Day Before):
Your stay begins one day before the program starts. Your private airport transfer and accommodation for this night are included to ensure you have a relaxed start.
The 3-Day Program:
Morning (The Briefing): We start with structured sessions in a professional boardroom setting, led by experts with a United Nations background.
Afternoon (The Field):
We move from theory to practice with guided site visits that reflect the mission's theme.
Service & Support:
Throughout the entire stay, the organizer is available 24/7 to ensure your needs are met and the mission runs smoothly.
Full Program Inclusion until 15:30:
Every detail—including VIP transfers, shared lunches, and site visits—is fully managed and included until the afternoon session ends.
Personal Leisure:
After the daily program concludes at 15:30, you have free time to enjoy the city at your own pace.
The Finale:
Upon completion, you receive your VELA Academy Certificate, and we provide a private transfer back to the airport on your day of departure.

12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch: Shared lunch followed by transport to the site.
13:00 – 15:30 | The Lab: On-site visit to observe systems and structures in practice.
15:30: Return to hotel and free time.
Day 3: Deep Dive
10:00 – 12:00 | Detailed Discussion: Analysis of topics and discussion of real-world examples.
12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch: Shared lunch and transport to the next location.
13:00 – 15:30 | Field Discovery: Site visit to gain a different perspective on the mission theme.
15:30: Return to hotel and free time.
Day 4: Synthesis & Departure
10:00 – 12:00 | Final Exchange: Consolidation of insights and discussion of results.
